Render new PDF

- Vorstand now consists of 3 BGB members and *up to* 2 additional 'Beisitzer'.
- BGB members represent the Verein legally and are recorded in the Vereinsregister
- Therefore a member change in the Beisitz does not require notarization and saves us a lot of bureaucracy (and 💸).
- 2 of 3 BGB members gain a quorum for representation of the Verein legally (sign contracts, etc.)
- Except for the legal stuff the Beisitzer are regular members of the Vorstand and their votes have the same weight
- I chose to make the Beisitzposten optional
  - Ideally we always fill all roles, but sometimes it's not possible to find 5 people willing to join the board
  - This could also lead to a situation where the Vorstand consists of an even number of people. But this could happen anyways if one of the members is hindered.
  - I feel like the advantages outweigh that risk but don't have a really strong opinion on this, we can also change it back.
- Also added a sentence that the board can only consist of regular members.
