Our stepper motors have very short axles which makes the current design
of the motor horns not sit straight.
Redesign them to use a partially disassembled GT2 pulley as an axle
mount.
Insert the RubberBand (new part) and RubberBandCollet (existing part) into the main CAD assembly and related subassemblies.
Updated some assembly constraints and references to ensure correct placement and maintain parametric consistency.
Add a new CAD part representing the RubberBand component.
The model provides an approximate geometric representation of the real rubber band,
sufficient for assembly positioning and visual reference.
